Jim Jagger's credentials as an expert witness have been accepted in numerous Ohio county and municipal courts. He has testified as a construction expert witness at every level from small claims court through Federal Court.

Jim Jagger was appointed to Panel of Construction Arbitrators of American Arbitration Association (AAA) in 1992. Mr. Jagger was admitted as an Associate of American Bar Association, Section of Dispute Resolution, in January, 1995.

Jim Jagger has over 35 years of experience in hands-on construction, construction analysis, and home inspections.

Jim Jagger has completed over 10,000 home inspections in Cuyahoga, Lorain, Lake, Media, Geauga, Summit, Portage, Erie and Ottawa counties.

He has been a member of ASHI® (The American Society of Home Inspectors) since 1987.
